Don't build what's already built

Architecting a bespoke integration against AWS Marketplace's APIs is real, non-trivial work that rarely gets funded. Even when it does, someone's team now owns a custom application forever: on-call for it, patching it, rebuilding it when AWS changes something underneath them. That ongoing tax rarely shows up in the original project estimate.

The integration pattern already exists, and we maintain it as AWS changes underneath it, not a project that lands on your roadmap once and stays there, unfunded or unmaintained, for years.
